Greetings, and welcome to WellSpring Massage Therapy! I began my journey into massage therapy just about a year ago, when I enrolled in a course at Arkansas School of Massage in Fort Smith. I graduated in May of 2022 and began the process of getting licensed and opening my own massage studio. Now, a year later, I'm up and running!

Massage therapy appeals to me because, in addition to simply feeling good, it provides a number of health benefits. Relaxation and relief from sore muscles are obvious reasons, but massage therapy does so much more. By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, massage can reduce stress/anxiety and improve sleep, improve circulation and lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve immune function, and aid in postoperative recovery. The touch aspect of massage often produces feelings of caring, comfort, and connection, resulting in an overall sense of well-being and enhanced quality of life.

Conveniently located in downtown Fort Smith, WellSpring Massage Therapy offers a soothing environment in which you can indulge in a variety of services, from a 10-minute chair massage to a 2-hour full-body massage enhanced with aromatherapy and hot towels/stones.
