Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I do when I arrive?

A: Please arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment to complete an intake form (first-time clients) and discuss any health issues and the focus of the session. 

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients who fail to do so may be asked to prepay for future services. 

Q: What if I am running late? 

A: Sessions begin and end at scheduled times; late arrivals will not be given an extension except at the discretion of the therapist. The full reservation fee will be charged. 

No-show policy: 

Clients who fail to keep a scheduled appointment will be asked to prepay for future services. 

Payment:

Payment is due at time of service. Credit/debit cards and cash are accepted. Insurance billing is not provided, but a receipt can be issued upon request. If you have a fever or are exhibiting other symptoms of illness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
